Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum seven years in machining, honing or lapping in manufacturing.
• U.S. work authorization only; no immigration sponsorship.
• Resident within 50 miles of Los Angeles, CA; no relocation benefit.
• Export-controlled information requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Set up complex parts and operate machines with minimal supervision.
• Interpret plans, work orders, blueprints or drawings; GD&T understood.
• Inspect parts for quality using micrometers, calipers, air gauges and comparators.
• Finish parts with various materials to close tolerances without supervision.
• Examine surface quality and defect areas on work pieces.
• Meet production and quality requirements; keep area clean.
• Adjust machining feeds/speeds and select tooling as needed.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Replace worn tools and adjust offsets; drive continuous improvement.
