Qualifications

• Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing and/or Production Operations.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to management levels.
• Experience coordinating activities to evaluate and resolve engineering production/system problems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and planning documents.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supports production, business, and other processes for the F-35 Forward Fuselage build area in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Performs activities in cross-functional areas including production planning, quality management, systems, manufacturing, and facilities engineering.
• May facilitate self-directed work teams and train peers in core skill areas.
• Interacts with internal and external customers regarding product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
