Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an industrial/production integration engineer focused on producibility, quality, and coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, SCM and suppliers.

You will be on the F-16 Global Production Integration team, supporting international and domestic programs, with travel under 50% and a strong emphasis on program management, risk mitigation and timely delivery to meet assembly needs.

Qualifications

• Aircraft/Aviation Operations experience (production, quality, or supply chain).
• Demonstrated program or project management experience.
• Leadership experience or formal leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of components to meet assembly needs.
• Develop and present program briefings and status to customers.
• Develop tools to support producer performance metrics.
• Facilitate tooling and planning progress.
• Support material flow and monitor inventories at Co-Producer.
• Review IMS with Co-Producer and LM to meet milestones.
• Provide technical integration between engineering, manufacturing, SCM, quality, co-producer and program.
• Lead coordination between LM Resident Office and co-producer and teams.
• Manage Co-Producer constraints and elevate risk when needed.
• Support scheduled program reviews and new business proposal activity.
