Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the F-35 program to lead tooling and factory transition efforts in the CFF/LFF areas, with potential domestic and international collaboration.

You will develop SOWs, coordinate with procurement, and work with design, planning, and suppliers to optimize tooling portfolios, while adopting new technologies for efficiency and quality, including 3D models and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience with CATIA V5 and GD&T principles.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and build tooling to meet engineering specs and manufacturing requirements.
• Develop robust Statements of Work (SOWs) for supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure tool delivery aligns with milestones.
• Collaborate with Build Team Mfg Engs and production staff to meet program needs.
• Engage with design, planning, facilities, and suppliers to manage tooling portfolio.
• Support special projects like rate transition, tooling stand-up, continuous improvement.
