Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering professional to coordinate fabrication and assembly plans, ensuring configuration control and tooling readiness. The role interfaces with engineering and production to optimize processes and resolve producibility issues.

Candidates should have 5–9 years of experience, strong SAP skills, and a proven ability to drive projects across multiple disciplines in a manufacturing environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• 5–9 years of Manufacturing Engineering/planning experience.
• Strong to excellent SAP knowledge.
• Strong to excellent general computing skills.
• Self-starter who can lead a project from start to finish and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate fabrication, assembly, or installation plans with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Demonstrate configuration control of hardware within the manufacturing build plan.
• Develop tooling, interchangeability, replacement, and test plans.
• Create sequences, text/graphics work instructions, datasets, tooling requirements, and BOMs.
• Communicate with engineering to influence design concepts and address producibility issues.
