• Develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures for production engineering.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, tooling and supply teams to develop manufacturing plans.
• Lead process improvements and root-cause analysis to drive cost and schedule outcomes.
• Oversee training and development of team members for consistency and capability.
