Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for assembly operations.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage projects.
• Effective communication and decisive decision‑making.
• Knowledge of production metrics, reporting, and standard software (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to read blueprints, build plans, CATIA, and IVT.
• Familiarity with SAP or large-scale MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Develop and execute production engineering plans and policies.
• Manage resources, suppliers, and process improvements.
