Job summary

Boeing in Tulsa, OK seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to coordinate fabrication plans and lead process improvements across teams. You will define work instructions, tooling needs, and BOMs while ensuring design concepts are producible and aligned with the build plan.

The role requires 5–9 years in manufacturing engineering/planning, strong SAP knowledge, and a self-starter mindset to drive projects end-to-end within a manufacturing environment. Catia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-9 years of Manufacturing Engineering/planning experience.
• Strong to excellent SAP knowledge.
• Strong to excellent general computing skills.
• Self-starter who can drive a project from start to finish and work with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Implements fabrication, assembly, or installation manufacturing plans with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Demonstrates configuration control of hardware within the manufacturing build plan.
• Develops tooling, interchangeability, replacement, and functional test plans.
• Creates sequences of events, work instructions, datasets, tooling needs, and manufacturing bills of materials.
• Coordinates with engineering to clarify design concepts and optimize processes.
