Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Engineering degree from an accredited university.
• Experience with manufacturing engineering.
• Previous aerospace assembly knowledge.
• SAP knowledge.
• MES (DELMIA Apriso) knowledge.
• Experience with CATIA programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning for Removals process and document steps for investigations or rework.
• Review discrepancies and determine necessary removal steps and detailed planning.
• Work cross-functionally to develop optimal solutions.
• Define sequences of events and develop text/graphics work instructions, datasets, tooling requirements and BOMs.
• Communicate with Quality, Project Planning, Operations and Liaison engineering to capture and execute requirements.
• Demonstrate configuration control of hardware within the manufacturing build plan.
• Apply process knowledge in machining, sheet metal, systems and structures.
