Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Wichita Falls, TX seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead shop floor teams, drive manufacturing excellence, and improve plant performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and delivery.

You will implement continuous improvement programs, develop leaders, and align goals with BU objectives while ensuring safety and strong customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience in leadership roles; 3 of the 7 years must be as a direct supervisor.
• Must be willing to relocate to other company locations to support future career development opportunities and business requirements.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• BA/BS in Business Administration or Engineering from an accredited institution.
