Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years in aerospace or defense technology.
• Deep knowledge of machining, assembly, and aerospace manufacturing processes.
• Experience in high-paced startup environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shift from prototype development to scalable production.
• Build and enhance aerospace manufacturing organization.
• Directly partner with CTO and engineering leadership.

Connaissances

Strong engineering foundation

8–10+ years of experience in aerospace or defense tech

Deep understanding of machining and assembly

Leadership in cross-functional manufacturing

Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
