Qualifications

• Experience with financial P&L, Lean manufacturing principles, and manufacturing excellence.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Access to export-controlled data; eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations and multi-site leadership pathways, with accountability for P&L and performance.
• Ensure EHS compliance and drive a proactive safety culture.
• Develop and execute strategic/operational plans with local leadership (Hoshin-style).
• Oversee Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control and Maintenance functions to deliver quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the plant to improve safety, quality and productivity.
