Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 0 year or experience in manufacturing, quality, production, industrial, process, mechanical, aerospace or aeronautics.
• Bachelor’s or Master's in STEM with related experience and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an IPT to develop and implement process improvements.
• Support high-volume, high-mix production of composite aerospace components.
• Audit shop floor EWIs and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Assist RCCA activities to eliminate defects.
• Troubleshoot production/equipment issues and implement improvements.
