Blue Origin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to apply engineering methods to design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes for aerospace products. You will work on the New Glenn vehicle, supporting manufacturing plans, tooling, and continuous improvement on a fast-paced production floor.

You will join a cross-functional team focused on safety, reliability, and efficiency, with opportunities to contribute across design, manufacturing, and operations, while advancing

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing, including GD&T.
• Strong written, personal, technical, and software skills (CAD, Issue Tracking, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Translate engineering intent and drawings into fully functional hardware for test, qualification, and flight.
• Identify tools and equipment required for manufacturing flight hardware.
• Provide shipside/lineside support on the manufacturing floor.
• Generate, manage, and close NCRs.
• Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions (build plans, duration estimates, tool lists).
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
• Drive transition from development to production and perform troubleshooting.
