Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Engineering Technician to support Cargo Mission Contract and NASA/commercial projects. You will provide technical support across design, development, testing, manufacturing, fabrication, modification, repair, and process improvement.

Responsibilities include fabrication, assembly, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation; travel to support sites nationwide; work with engineers and junior staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical fabrication, assembly, troubleshooting, repair, or testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support and follow approved work instructions and drawings.
• Fabricate, assemble, modify, repair, troubleshoot, and test electrical, electronic, and mechanical components and equipment.
• Read, interpret, and implement requirements from engineering drawings and work orders.
• Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and modification activities.
• Travel domestically as required to support fabrication, modification, repair, testing, and documentation.
