  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, establish priorities, and accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and tight deadlines.
  • Lead or coordinate assigned technical activities and operations within areas having significant impact on organizational or project results.
  • Provide technical guidance, assistance, and hands-on training to lower-level technicians and support personnel.
  • Support document and work-instruction reviews and provide technician-level feedback to engineering personnel.

  • Perform general laboratory cleanup, organization, and maintenance.
  • Travel domestically, as required, to support fabrication, modification, repair, testing, troubleshooting, document review, and other customer or program technical requirements.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of related technical experience.
  • Strong understanding of how to read, interpret, and implement requirements from engineering drawings, work orders, procedures, and technical documentation.

  • Experience with cable and harness fabrication, soldering, staking, conformal coating, and electronic assembly.
  • Experience with printed wiring board (PWB) population and repair utilizing through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical and electronic hardware to the component or assembly level.
