Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient operations.

This hands-on role minimizes downtime and keeps equipment running at peak performance, with 3rd shift hours and a 15% shift differential. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC issues, performing preventative maintenance, and reading technical

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, pumps, furnaces, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Complete equipment overhauls, repairs, inspections, and daily maintenance checks.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC system issues.
• Maintain plumbing, dust collection, and building systems; support heat treat equipment.
• Welding and brazing repairs as needed; operate forklifts and lifts.
• Read sketches, schematics, and equipment prints; ensure safety and quality standards.
