Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient operations.

This hands-on role minimizes downtime and keeps equipment running at peak performance. The position requires experience in industrial maintenance, English fluency, and the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, sketches, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, pumps, furnaces, vacuum systems, and related equipment.
• Complete equipment overhauls, repairs, inspections, and daily maintenance checks.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC system issues.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, dust collection, and building systems.
• Support heat treat equipment operation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Perform welding and brazing repairs as needed.
• Read and work from sketches, schematics, and equipment prints.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment as required.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all quality, safety, environmental, and company standards.
