Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient operations.

This hands-on role is critical to minimizing downtime and keeping equipment running at peak performance. 2nd shift, Monday-Friday 3:00p-11:00p with a 10% shift differential; training on 1st shift, 7:00a-3:00p for 90 days before transitioning to the regular shift.

Qualifications

• Experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical power and controls, and fabrication.
• Welding and brazing experience; ability to operate safety equipment.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to operate scissor lifts.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, pumps, furnaces, vacuum systems, and related equipment.
• Complete equipment overhauls, repairs, inspections, and daily maintenance checks.
• Read sketches, schematics, and equipment prints to guide work.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment as required.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
