Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking an experienced Electronic Technician to troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated electronic, electrical, control, and automated equipment in an aerospace manufacturing environment. You will diagnose complex equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and help improve the safety, reliability, and performance of critical manufacturing systems.

The role operates on 3rd shift, 11:00p–7:00a, with a $3.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

Troubleshoot and repair electronic, electrical, and automated manufacturing equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Diagnose issues with PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, drives, motors, sensors, and control systems.
Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Document maintenance activities and equipment history in CMMS.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electronic, electrical, and automated manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose issues involving PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, drives, motors, sensors, and control systems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify root causes and resolve equipment failures.
Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Restore equipment to safe operating condition while minimizing downtime.
Document maintenance activities and equipment history within the CMMS.
