Chromalloy is a global engineering and solutions company operating in the aerospace sector. We seek a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems to maximize reliability, safety, and performance.

You will work on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, electrical systems and support infrastructure. The role emphasizes reading drawings, following PM schedules, and contributing to TPM and Lean initiatives while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a medium/ heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Clear English communication (spoken, reading, writing) and ability to read technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment and facility systems.
• Establish and follow PM schedules and procedures to maximize equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, flow diagrams, and one-line drawings to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Apply maintenance-related mathematical formulas for area, volume, amperes, ohms, watts, etc.
• Perform facility repairs including drywall, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and irrigation system maintenance.
• Regularly inspect equipment to identify maintenance needs and document actions.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
