Job summary

Royell Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Facilities and Machine Maintenance Technician 2 to independently perform maintenance on CNC equipment and support machinery. You will inspect, adjust, repair, and document equipment conditions while ensuring safety and adherence to specifications.

The role requires reading blueprints, using maintenance checklists, and coordinating with management. A high school diploma and WA driver’s license are required; 4 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Required high school level education and valid state license.
• Experience with maintenance of CNC and support machinery preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints and interpret schematics.
• Proficiency with standard maintenance documentation.
• English literacy at 12th grade level is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and adjustments of CNC equipment and other machinery.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs, install or move machinery, and report status to management.
• Diagnose errors and malfunctions using tests, measurements, and discussions with machinists.
• Maintain records of equipment condition, repairs, calibrations and trends.
• Ensure repairs follow manufacturer recommendations and update docs.
• Assist in implementing new processes and equipment.
• Use blueprints and diagrams to coordinate installation of equipment and components.
• Maintain equipment used in coolant and metal recycling programs.
• Safely operate Fork Lift Trucks and lifting equipment during installation or repair.
