Union Technologies, headquartered in Dallas, TX, is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines, forging presses, conveyors, and facility systems. You will read drawings and schematics, work with CMMS, and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.

The role requires 2–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and strict adherence to safety standards including lockout/tagout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on CNC machines, forging presses, conveyors, and facility systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore systems to operation promptly
• Maintain accurate work orders in CMMS
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment
• Ensure safety procedures including lockout/tagout and OSHA requirements
• Identify reliability issues and recommend corrective actions
• Support spare parts inventory and procurement needs
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
