Allied Mechanical is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level II to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize production machinery (CNC mills/lathes) and facility systems. You will support preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety and quality standards. This role requires ITAR compliance as a U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of hands-on maintenance in aerospace/defense environments.
• Experience with 3–5 axis CNC machines.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC and facility systems.
• Forklift and aerial lift certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair CNC machinery to ensure high uptime.
• Perform CNC diagnostics: mechanical, electrical, drive systems.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and logs.
• Assist with installations, relocations and upgrades.
• Maintain facility systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cranes.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and obtain certifications.
• Respond to emergency repairs outside normal hours.
• Document maintenance activity in CMMS.
• Collaborate with teams to support process improvements.
• Enforce safety practices and lockout-tagout procedures.
