Job summary

Manes Machine & Engineering, an AS9100 aerospace manufacturing company in Fort Collins, CO, seeks an experienced maintenance technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment and facilities systems. You will work on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic troubleshooting under supervision and with senior technicians.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years in machine maintenance, and CNC/NC knowledge.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of machine maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of CNC/NC equipment, grinders, mills, lathes, drills, and related systems.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and overhaul precision machine tools including CNC machines, lathes, mills, drills, grinders, coolant systems, and scrap handling equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures and restore equipment to serviceable condition.
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and instructions; order parts and coordinate external repairs.
