Motive Companies, LLC in Olathe, KS is seeking a Maintenance Technician Levels II–III to apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills on CNC and industrial machinery used in aerospace manufacturing.

The role emphasizes diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma), hydraulics and pneumatics, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and participate in continuous improvement. Shift with B-Nights offers a $4 differential and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Level II requires 2+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Level III requires 3+ years CNC maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Able to read schematics and manuals.
• Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens and Okuma CNC controls.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair CNC and industrial machinery.
