Composite Horizons in Covina, CA, is seeking a Production Technician to fabricate, assemble, and repair advanced composite parts for aerospace applications. You will follow detailed MWIs, measure parts with precision tools, and work on layup molding and curing processes.

This 2nd shift role emphasizes safety, quality, and consistency in a high-paced environment. Required is a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Excellent communication and fluency in English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic shop math and blueprint reading skills.

Responsabilités

• Safely perform fabrication, assembly, and repair tasks following Master Work Instructions (MWI).
• Read work orders and specifications to determine methods and sequence of operations.
• Lay out cutting lines on materials using templates, blueprints, or samples.
• Operate forming machines, laminates, and curing preparations for layup molding.
• Verify dimensions with dial indicators, micrometers, or calipers.
• Meet production and quality targets to ensure customer satisfaction.
