Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Composites Technician to fabricate, assemble, and finish composite structures for unmanned defense systems. You will work with engineers and fellow technicians to bring critical hardware to life using prepregs, resin infusion, and precision methods.

The role involves rapid prototyping and production builds, strict safety and ITAR compliance, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced national-security environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years hands-on composite fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Willing to wear full PPE and work in a fast-paced defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Lay-up, bagging, curing, trimming, and finishing of composite parts.
• Operate ovens and vacuum systems to cure composites.
• Inspect tolerances and defects during production.
• Support prototype builds and iterate with engineers.
