Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. in Playa Vista, Los Angeles, is seeking a hands-on Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for desktops, mobile devices, and network connectivity across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or desktop technician experience.
• US citizenship is required.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Playa Vista, Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, applications, Wi-Fi, VPN, Ethernet, and other issues.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux environments.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, access issues, Microsoft 365, and related IT services.
• Provide remote and in-person support using remote-access tools.
• Work tickets from initial troubleshooting through resolution and closure.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the ticketing system.
