Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1 year related experience or completion of Gallagher's Sales Internship Program and insurance licensing.
• Preferred professional designations may be considered (CEBS, CPCU, CIC, ARM).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients.
• Provide service to clients according to their needs and retain them as clients.
• Participate in team sales opportunities and support personnel.
• Manage client relationships with day-to-day account management support.
• Develop and implement individual business plans and production budgets.
