Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry, ideally 3 years.
• Required licenses for provincial jurisdictions and ongoing management of continuing education hours.
• Ability to attract and retain Personal Insurance clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Experience managing leads and converting prospects into sales.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines coverages and the ability to assist clients with applications.
