Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Master Scheduler to support DoD, NASA, and commercial programs by developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project, ensuring cost-schedule integration and EVMS compliance.

You will collaborate with Program Managers, CAMs, engineers, contracts, and finance to deliver on time and within budget, tailoring scheduling approaches to government and agile programs while briefing leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project scheduling or program planning in aerospace/defense or similar complex environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules for complex programs.
• Deep knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment.
• Experience with schedule baseline development and change control processes.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and schedule integration techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills and briefing program leadership.
• Ability to work across multiple programs with varying contract types and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned with WBS and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, and maintain logical network relationships.
• Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems to support full cost-schedule integration and EVM when required.
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines; support baseline change management and IBRs.
• Perform schedule performance analysis, including variance, float, KPIs, and trend assessments.
• Support ETC, EAC, and forecasting processes with the Program Controls Analyst.
• Tailor scheduling approaches for government programs and agile commercial efforts.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, CAMs, engineers, contracts, procurement, finance, and quality.
• Present schedule performance data and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and tool integrations across cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
