Qualifications

• Must have grind machinist experience on ID/OD.

• Familiar with inspection equipment: micrometers, bore gauges.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate grinders to produce aerospace components.
• Set up angles, contours, lines, spheres on surfaces.
• Complete paperwork: inspection reports, SPC, travelers.
• Maintain tolerances: .0002"–.0005" while staying productive.
• Operate two machines and communicate process improvements.
