Airbus Americas is seeking an HR Business Partner I to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. The HRBP I provides tactical consultation and aligns HR initiatives with business objectives, acting as an advocate for employees and supporting management growth.

This role focuses on translating people strategy into actionable HR plans, driving employee well‑being, and ensuring compliance while partnering with leaders to optimize performance and organizational change.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a CoE or generalist role.
• Experience with HRIS tools (ADP, Workday, SAP) and HR programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with the business to advise leadership on people-risk and HR strategy.
• Translate people strategies into actionable HR plans and initiatives across the organization.
