Allegiant Air is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to serve as trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and growth. This role builds strong partnerships across the business and supports all aspects of the Team Member lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience partnering with leaders.
• Authorized to work in the US; must pass background check.
• Experience with workforce planning and talent initiatives.
• Knowledge of employment law and total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Establishes trusted relationships to understand business drivers and drive objectives.
• Provides consultation across the Team Member lifecycle: OD, Leadership, Talent, Recruitment/Retention, Performance, Total Rewards.
• Partners with leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR strategies.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to implement HR programs and policies that enhance experience and performance.
• Coaches leaders on performance, development, and team effectiveness while ensuring compliant practices.
• Supports initiatives to strengthen engagement, inclusion, and culture.
• Uses data to identify opportunities and drive informed decisions.
• Fosters an inclusive culture where all Team Members feel valued.
