The successful candidate will handle investigations, workers’ compensation coordination, and confidential information with discretion, partnering with employees and leadership to apply policies consistently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with legal compliance knowledge.
• Experience with workplace investigations and workers' compensation coordination.
• Onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confidentiality and discretion.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal and NM requirements.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation reporting and communications.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding paperwork.
• Administer benefits processes and HR systems data.
• Support daily HR administration and special projects.
