STS Technical Services is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for an aerospace facility in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The role covers employee relations, investigations, compliance with employment laws, workers’ compensation, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and working knowledge of federal and New Mexico laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience in an HR Generalist or similar position.
• Working knowledge of federal and New Mexico state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience conducting and documenting workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation reporting and claim coordination.
• Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Experience administering employee benefits and addressing employee benefits questions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain compliance with federal and New Mexico employment laws and HR policies.
• Assist with HR compliance activities, audits, recordkeeping, and reporting.
• Maintain confidential employee records per requirements.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
