Stark Aerospace Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles in Columbus, OH.

The role also handles employee relations, policy guidance, and regulatory compliance across federal and local laws. You will assist performance management, training coordination, succession planning, and payroll-related tasks while maintaining accurate HRIS records and contributing to workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR Generalist experience; aerospace/defense or regulated industry preferred.
• Experience supporting government contracts is a plus; SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment: partner with hiring managers for full-cycle recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles.
• Onboarding, candidate screening, and interviews coordination.
• Ensure ITAR, export control, and security clearance requirements where applicable.
• Employee relations: serve as primary contact for inquiries and guide on policies and procedures.
• Support compliance with employment laws at federal, state, and local levels; EEO reporting.
• Performance management: support review cycles and development initiatives.
• Compensation & Benefits: administer benefits and assist payroll coordination.
• HR operations: manage onboarding/offboarding and maintain HRIS data.
