Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Finisher I for the 3rd shift in Buffalo, NY, onsite. Finisher I removes burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections to ensure parts meet rigorous aerospace specifications prior to inspection and assembly.

Responsibilities include deburring, inspecting finished parts, and ensuring components are ready for the next production step. Eligible for a $3,500 sign-on bonus; shift differential applies for 2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 3 months related experience including deburring/finishing in a machine shop.
• FAA Drug & Alcohol Program enrollment is a requirement for Safety Sensitive Work.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections to meet specs.
• Inspect finished parts for defects or irregularities.
• Support durability and longevity by proper finishing before inspection or assembly.
• Help prevent structural failures and assembly issues by removing excess material and defects.
• Prepare parts for the next production stage (inspection, assembly, or shipment).
