Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a machine shop as a Finisher.
• Ability to follow blueprints and operation sheets.
• Experience with special tooling and quality inspection.

Responsibilities

• Plan work sequence from operation sheets and blueprints.
• Select and prepare tooling as required.
• Assist and instruct Finisher II employees on new methods.

Skills

Ability to understand verbal and written instructions

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Experience as a Finisher in a machine-shop setting

Education

High School diploma or GED
