The position requires basic math and English instruction comprehension, plus FAA safety program compliance. This hands-on role offers growth in aerospace finishing and quality control within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; otherwise ability to follow verbal, written and computer work instructions in English and perform basic math.
• At least 3 months of experience including deburring/finishing in a machine shop environment.
• FAA Safety Sensitive Work program enrollment/participation is required.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs and surface imperfections to meet specs.
• Inspect finished parts for defects affecting performance or specs.
• Ensure components are finished for durability before inspection or assembly.
• Prevent structural issues by removing excess material and defects.
• Prepare parts for next production stage, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
