The role requires at least 3 years in manufacturing/facility/aerospace settings, project management experience with vendors, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/facility/aerospace role.
• Project management experience with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building systems performance (HVAC, generators, electrical, safety).
• Lead preventive maintenance programs for production equipment and facilities.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and project work on site.
• Manage permits, records, and compliance with codes and OSHA.
• Collaborate with site management on disaster and business continuity plans.
• Ensure cost control and contract compliance across facilities operations.
