Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates workers in machining and producing precision parts to meet schedules.
• Performance management, interviewing and selection of new employees.
• Maintains time and production records; monitors TPM and OEE.
