Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in aerospace or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build positive employee relations and lead teams effectively.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates workers engaged in machining and producing precision parts to meet schedules for operations supporting customer requirements.
• Performance management, interviewing and selection of prospective new employees.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Responsible for consumable spending, delivery metrics, capacity planning, risk assessment, TPM, and OEE.
• Meets or exceeds production and quality requirements for the business.
• Drives continuous improvement via VITAL principles and practices.
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment; ensures TPM per specifications.
• Troubleshoots problems with orders/equipment and collaborates with other supervisors and teams for resolution.
• Enforces safety regulations and company policies.
