The ideal candidate will oversee equipment repairs, safety compliance, and inventory management while collaborating with Production to minimize downtime.

Qualificações

• 5+ years combined industrial maintenance/leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow procedures.
• Equivalent education, training may be considered with approval.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily maintenance operations and lead the team.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Oversee equipment repairs and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory and parts availability.
• Mentor technicians, monitor work quality, and document work in Limble.
• Escalate urgent safety, equipment and resource concerns.
