Barnes Aerospace, Ogden Division is seeking an Expander to join our manufacturing team. The candidate should be self-driven, detail oriented, and uphold high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires safety awareness, experience with inspection tools, and the ability to work on a shift from 10pm to 7:30am with a 17% differential. Qualifications include 1–2 years inspecting production parts using blue prints or gauges, lifting up to 80 lbs, and a High School Diploma or

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience inspecting production parts using blueprints or gauges.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Experience reading and understanding station plans and standard work.

Responsabilités

• Read and understand station plan and standard work before performing assigned work.
• Perform tasks with minimal assistance and ensure quality parts.
• Work safely around chemicals, high temperatures, lifting devices and electrical equipment.
• Use inspection tools to verify parts meet specifications.
• Set up jobs for hot/cold expand per plan and instructions.
• Record inputs and operator charge time accurately.
• Collaborate with team and seek engineering support when needed.
