• Excellent supplier communication and negotiation skills with professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, determine new/repeat/revised work, and resolve missing information with internal teams.
• Populate and manage quote worksheets, logs, and ERP entries for accuracy and traceability.
• Place and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain supplier records.
• Coordinate outside processing and supplier follow-up, ensuring timely delivery to support production.
