Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years estimating experience in aerospace.
• Sheet metal forming and machining experience with 5-axis machines a plus.
• Associates Degree or equivalent required or relevant experience (Engineering and applicable certifications preferred)

Responsibilities

• Review RFQ submissions and engineering data for estimates.
• Prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for aerospace parts.
• Develop cost estimates and proposals using routings and Bills of Materials.
• Provide cost breakdowns and complete bid forms for customers or leadership.
• Communicate with customers on quotations and pricing.
• Coordinate with departments to determine capacity and scheduling.
