Enjet Aero in Dayton, OH is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, managing orders and communications.

The role requires accurate data entry in the ERP system (Epicor), preparation of required documentation, and timely responses to contracts, quotes, and orders.

On-site work, Monday–Friday, with occasional travel and opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, aerospace a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to prioritize.
• Detail-oriented, multitask, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP system navigation.

Responsabilités

• Manage and enter customer sales orders and change orders in the ERP system.
• Compile required documentation from customers for quotes or contracts and follow up on missing items.
• Communicate with customers about contracts, quotes, and orders and follow up as needed.
• Serve as primary customer contact to process orders and coordinate with Sales, Quality, and Operations.
• Maintain internal records and RFQ documentation in the intranet and ERP system.
• Reconcile ERP backlog with customer portal schedules and update customer systems accordingly.
• Process customer product returns promptly per procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations on contract and quote administration and customer follow-up.
