Aston Carter is hiring for a contract-to-hire role in Auburn, WA. The specialist coordinates vendors, tracks BOMs and shipments, and maintains manufacturing documentation to keep projects on schedule. You will use JobBOSS ERP and related systems, working closely with project managers and production teams.

The position requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting and ITAR eligibility. Schedule is 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, onsite.

Formación

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, machining, fabrication, or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with document control in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong understanding of bills of materials (BOMs) and part number structures.
• Experience with vendor management, including coordinating with vendors, suppliers, purchasing, production, or project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and follow up with outside vendors across multiple active projects to ensure timely completion of work.
• Track parts, BOMs, shipments, due dates, and project information with project managers.
• Coordinate outside processing of parts (e.g., painting) to support schedules.
• Maintain accurate job, part, vendor, and project information in the JobBOSS system.
• Identify potential delays and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Assist with obtaining vendor quotes and pricing details.
